To be published in the Journal, a paper must be correct, new, non-trivial, and significant. There is no formal page limit and longer manuscripts will be considered, however, we intend to offer fast refereeing to short papers. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
(1) The reviewing process is set to 60 days in principle.
(2) Peer review is conducted through the Electronic Editorial System.
(3) After reviews from Reviewers are submitted, the Managing Editor will make a final decision, after which the author will be notified.
(4) Additionally, papers approved for publication will be examined on the grounds of Research Ethics, after which the author will be notified.
